Common faults and solutions of LED screen In the process of using full-color LED display equipment, it is inevitable that sometimes you will encounter fault problems. Today, we will introduce how to distinguish and judge the fault diagnosis method of full-color LED display screen.

 Step 1: Check whether the graphics card Settings are set, according to the setting method in the CD electronic file, please refer.

Step2: Check the basic connection of the system, such as DVI cable, whether the network cable socket is correct, the main control card and the computer PCI slot connection, serial port line connection, etc.

 Step3: Check whether the computer and LED power system meet the use requirements. When the power supply of the LED screen is insufficient, when the display is close to white (more power consumption), the screen will flicker, etc. The appropriate power supply will be prepared according to the power supply demand of the box.

Step 4: Check whether the green light of the sending card flashes regularly, flicker to step 6. If not flashing, restart, check whether the green light flashes regularly before entering win98 / 2k / xp. In the second step, please check whether the DVI line is connected. If the sending card, graphics card and DV line I fail, please repeat step 3 after replacing respectively.

Step 5: Follow the software instructions to set it up or reinstall it until the green light flashes, otherwise repeat step 3.

Step 6: Check whether the receiving card green light (data light) is synchronized with the green light, if flashing step 8, check whether the red light (power), if step 7, check whether the yellow light (power protection), check whether the power supply is back or no power output, check whether the power voltage is 5V, if turn off the power supply, remove the transfer card and line and try again, if the problem is not solved for the receiving card fault, replace the receiving card, repeat step 6.

Step 7: Check whether the network cable is well connected or too long (the standard super 5 class network cable must be used, the longest distance of the network cable without repeater is less than 100 meters), check whether the network cable is made according to the standard (please refer to the installation and Settings), if the problem is not solved as the receiving card fault, replace the receiving card, repeat step 6.

Step 8: Check whether the large screen power lamp is on, if it is not on, turn to step 7, check whether the transfer card interface definition line matches the unit board.

Note: most of the screen body connected, are likely to appear a box without picture or flower screen, due to the cable RJ 45 interface connection is not strong, or receive card power connection, without the signal, so please unplug in cable (or exchange), or plug in the receiving card power (direction) can solve the problem After reading the above introduction, you are not more experienced about how to diagnose and deal with the failure of LED electronic display screen
